ay999 Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

ay999 is an online gaming and sports betting platform. The platform is operated for entertainment purposes only. All activity on the platform — whether sports betting, Bingo, Live Casino, or any other game — involves real money staked and won in PKR. By using ay999, you acknowledge that gaming carries financial risk and that you may lose funds you deposit.

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between ay999 and each registered user. They apply at all times when you access or use the platform, whether through the website at ay999.pro, the Android app, or any other official ay999 channel.

2. Account Registration

To use ay999, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address or mobile number, and a secure password. All information provided must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information at registration may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• Each person may hold only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are fully responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact ay999 support immediately via live chat.
• ay999 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason.

3. Identity Verification

ay999 may require identity verification at any point — including before approving a withdrawal, after a significant win, or as part of routine account review. Verification typically requires a copy of a valid national identity document (CNIC or equivalent) and may also include proof of address or proof of payment method ownership.

Accounts that do not complete identity verification when requested will have withdrawal capability suspended until the verification process is finished. ay999 does not share verification documents with third parties except where required for payment processing.

• Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission.
• Submitting forged or altered documents will result in permanent account closure.
• Players who complete verification early experience faster withdrawals throughout their account lifetime.

4. Deposits

ay999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. All deposits are denominated in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted.
• Deposits are typically credited to your ay999 balance instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment provider.
• ay999 does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• ay999 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or any other external payment provider.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for accounts that have completed identity verification. VIP Gold, Platinum, and Elite members receive priority withdrawal processing. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.

• The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable limits are displayed in your account dashboard.
• Funds that originated from a bonus must meet the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal of the bonus portion is permitted.
• ay999 reserves the right to carry out additional checks on withdrawal requests above certain amounts as part of normal fraud prevention.
• If a deposit was made via JazzCash or Easypaisa, withdrawals will be directed back to the same wallet account where possible.
• Repeated withdrawal requests that are cancelled by the player and re-deposited may attract additional review.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ay999 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and other promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible games. These terms are published alongside the promotion and form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash before the stated wagering requirement has been met.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per payment method.
• ay999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• If ay999 detects abuse of bonus offers — including collusion, multi-accounting, or use of automated tools — bonuses will be cancelled and accounts reviewed.
• VIP cashback paid through the VIP Club is not subject to additional wagering requirements.

7. Sports Betting Rules

ay999 offers sports betting markets across Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, and domestic tournaments), Football, and Esports. Bets are accepted and settled in PKR. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on ay999:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled after placement except where the Cash Out feature is available and exercised before settlement.
• In the event of a match abandonment or postponement beyond 12 hours, bets will be settled as void and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled within 48 hours and the bet is still live.
• If odds are published due to a technical error, ay999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Live betting markets close automatically when a significant in-game event is detected. Bets placed after the relevant event but before markets close may be voided at ay999's discretion.
• Maximum bet limits per event and per market are set by ay999 and may vary by sport, match, and account tier.

8. Bingo Rules

Bingo rooms on ay999 operate on a scheduled and on-demand basis. Ticket prices, jackpot sizes, and room rules are displayed before you purchase tickets. The following rules apply to all Bingo games:

• Tickets must be purchased before the game begins. No tickets can be added once a Bingo round is in progress.
• Winning patterns are determined by the room type and are displayed clearly before each game.
• In the event of a technical failure during a Bingo game, the round will be declared void and all ticket costs refunded.
• Bingo winnings are credited to your ay999 balance immediately upon game settlement.
• Chat features in Bingo rooms are moderated. Abusive conduct in Bingo chat may result in a chat ban or account suspension.

9. Live Casino

The ay999 Live Casino features real human dealers on games including Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack, and Andar Bahar. All Live Casino games are streamed in real time and use physical cards and equipment. Results are final once the dealer announces the outcome and the game software confirms the result.

• Live Casino games are subject to minimum and maximum stake limits per round, which are displayed in the game interface.
• Connection interruptions during a Live Casino round will not void a bet that has already been placed and accepted by the system.
• Side bets and optional game features have their own payout structures, which are displayed within each game.
• ay999 does not accept liability for losses resulting from a player's internet connection failing during a game.

10. VIP Club

The ay999 VIP Club has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Elite. All registered players are enrolled automatically at Bronze tier upon completing their first wager. Points accumulate across all game types including sports betting, Bingo, Live Casino, and slots.

• Tier upgrades are evaluated monthly based on cumulative points earned in the preceding calendar month.
• Tier downgrades apply if monthly activity falls below the threshold for your current tier for two consecutive months.
• Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses per week and paid to your account every Monday morning.
• Gold tier and above receive a dedicated account manager and priority withdrawal processing.
• Elite tier members receive exclusive Cricket season perks during PSL and international T20 tournaments.
• VIP benefits cannot be transferred between accounts.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ay999. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Opening more than one account, whether under the same name or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with any part of the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus entitlements.
• Depositing funds sourced from fraudulent payment methods or stolen financial instruments.
• Attempting to launder funds through the ay999 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or ay999 staff through any platform communication channel.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

ay999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, failure to complete identity verification, suspected fraud, or conduct that is detrimental to the platform or other players.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email or in-platform message. You may request a review of the suspension decision by contacting ay999 support. If a suspension is confirmed, any legitimate real-money balance (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via the original payment method after the investigation is complete.

13. Responsible Gaming

ay999 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The platform is designed for entertainment and should never be used as a way to earn income or cover financial obligations. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all players at no cost through account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Session Reminders: Receive a notification after a specified period of continuous play.

• ay999 is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, connection failures, or technical errors outside our control.
• ay999 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, including loss of profits or loss of data.
• Our total liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

15. Changes to These Terms

ay999 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
